Optimize platform

DDB Argentina is a recognized and award-winning international company that offers such a wide range of products that it is difficult to summarize it only in marketing and advertising. As a result of the passage of a client, a well-known fast-food house with a global presence and strong weight in Latin America from its Brazilian subsidiary, they faced the administration of infrastructure in AWS that not only presented problems but did not exist documentation. At that time I was already working for this company on other projects, through Genbyte consultancy. How did they meet the challenge? Why did they choose Genbyte’s services?

Challenges

The infrastructure featured decentralized applications, without redundancy, with significant security flaws, and without reliable backup or rollback tasks. Instead of making a scalable design, resources were over-allocated to withstand the situations of greater workload, resulting in exorbitant balances to pay that did not correspond to the level of service.

AWS

Solutions

As AWS Partners, we present a plan to fix the infrastructure using best practices. In addition to a significant reduction in billing, we achieved greater stability and security. When we made the migration, we corrected performance and security problems and consolidated the technologies used to make their administration easier and safer. Currently, in addition to the aforementioned, multiple high-traffic platforms for the automotive and banking sectors, among others, are managed throughout all of Latin America in a single platform implemented by us.
